How long will my order take to ship?

We process orders within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland. We are a small business but we hope to be able to ship to other countries soon. Please drop us an email and let us know of your interest and we would live to hear what country you are in.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are €6 for ROI.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The returns policy is linked (below) on the footer of the My Dandelion website.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply email us at hello@mydandelion.ie with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Gifts

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

Yes! We can include a handwritten note or gift packaging. Just add a note at checkout.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all transactions are processed securely through Shopify. We never store your payment details.

Where do we source from?

I source from EU-based suppliers (and manufacturers) who share the same values of sustainability, quality, and care. This means shorter supply chains, a smaller footprint, and fairer practices. Each piece is selected with intention — so when it reaches your home, you can feel good knowing it was made and chosen with respect for both people and planet.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@mydandelion.ie.
